Kartik Aryan’s Fitness Diet Soup (Tomato Soup)~

 Tomato soup is a nutritional powerhouse that helps to keep your body strong: Generous amounts of potassium contribute to well-functioning muscles, nerves, and a healthy blood pressure. Vitamin K in tomato soup is good for bones and supports blood clotting. Tomato soup can be a good addition to a weight loss diet because it’s low in calories and high in nutrients. 

This tomato soup is totaly comforting, tastes delicious . A good tomato soup is all about the Flavour with a right balance of sour and sweetness. This homemade soup made with fresh tomatoes in one of the best I have been making for my family and friends. It is super simple to make with few ingredients.

You can make this recipe in just few steps:-

  1. Roast Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic & Herbs with some salt.
  2. Blend them and strain them with a strainer.
  3. Boil them with some thickner, spices and herbs.

Steps to make a healthy and tasty Tomato soup at home :-

  1. Take 500g tomato for the soup. Wash the tomatoes well and add a medium size onion also (Onion gives right sweet flavour to the soup) add some garlic cloves and take some green chillies .

2. Chop Tomatoes , onion, garlic and green chillies roughly.

3. Now take a pan add 1/2 tbsp ghee and 1/2 tbsp butter. Now add all veggies into the pan and roast them well , when tomatoes get soft remove the skin of tomatoes.

4.Now add herbs (Spinach, mint, coriander). and let them cook for 4-5 mins.

5. Now turn off the flame and wait for a while. transfer the veggies into the blender jar. Blend them in a fine paste.

6. Strain the soup through a strainer.

7. Now again take a pan and pour the strain part of soup in the pan and let is boil . take 1 tbsp corn flour and make a thin paste of that and add to the boiling soup.. not boil it for 10 min it will turn thick then add black pepper powder and turn off the flame.

8. Now garnish it with coriander and serve.
